Attached, please find the seeding sheets for the Tri-County Championships.
ONLY USE THESE SHEETS FOR CHECKING THE SEEDING OF INDIVIDUAL RACES. PLEASE DISREGARD ALL DATA ON THE RELAYS AND DO NOT USE SHEETS TO DETERMINE YOUR RELAY SEEDING AND WHETHER YOU WILL SWIM ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. RELAY DATA IS NOT ACCURATE.
There are errors for some entry times for relays. All teams, including GP, have been asked to review the sheets to find errors and make corrections. New sheets with the final relay seedings will be distributed once all teams have verified the accuracy of their relay info.
I am distributing the sheets now because I know many swimmers/parents are anxious to see their seedings. Again, please do not use the info on the relays to make any determination. If you have any questions about when to report/swim please contact Coach Shannon at coachshannon@gpfrogs.com.
TEAM VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED: Thanks to all who have volunteered. We still need to fill our Clerk of Course spots as outlined below. We need two people - one for Saturday morning and one for Saturday afternoon. These positions help swimmers line up for the races. The benefits of doing this job: access to the nice bathrooms (not portable potties); free food and drink at hospitality tent; and you usually get a good view of the races. You will not miss your child swimming. I will help whoever volunteers for these spots. Please let me if you can help. Thanks.
