For tomorrow's meet at the Stratford Swim Club we will be setting up our team tent to provide shade for the Frogs.
We could also use pop-up canopies as well. If you have a canopy please bring it to the meet.
It will be used for the team and/or spectators.
We are also looking for extra volunteers for timing. Normally we use the same nine timers for the entire meet, but because of the excessive heat,
we would like the ability to switch timers and give them a break. Even if you've never timed before, please consider volunteering for as little
as a half hour. Please send me an email or see me at the meet to volunteer.
A note to stroke/turn officials - both Dino Buffetta and I will be prepared to give you a break.
As a reminder, we will be leaving The Dump at 7:30am. If you're going directly to the meet, please be there by 8am.
