Frogs, Families & Friends,
It's week four of the regular season. This week we face two Cherry Hill Clubs: Haddontowne on Wed.; and B-Division leading Old Orchard (OO) on Saturday.
Old Orchard is one of the original TriCounty Clubs and has a long and successful history in our league. OO was also the home club of Sean Kilion, one of the most successful swimmers in New Jersey and TriCounty history. He was an NCAA Champion at Cal Berkley, U.S. National Champion and represented the U.S. in the 1992 Olympics. Killion held the American record in the 800-meter freestyle from 1987 to 2002. - Wednesday July 12 - 6:00pm - Meet vs Haddontowne Tiger Sharks - HOME
Our final home B-meet! All swimmers must report to the club by 4:45pm.
Team volunteer list is attached.
VERY IMPORTANT: We need an announcer for the meet - if you ever wanted to be a sportscaster, here's your chance! Anyone interested, please let me know.
We are also short on timers so please help if you can - older Frogs/swimmers can time too! We also need volunteers to help set up starting at 4:00pm. Please help if you can - all you need to do is show up. Thank you to all volunteers.
NOTE: It's often harder to find volunteers for Wed. night meets because parents work, etc. I listed those who have volunteered in the past as well as those who filled out the volunteer form at signups. If you can't volunteer I understand, just let me know. I may have to pull a few people out of the stands to help out. Please don't be offended if I ask for your help.

- Saturday July 15 - 9:00am - Meet vs Old Orchard Otters - AWAY
Coach Jen will be communicating to swimmers about the events they may want to swim.
Team caravan will meet in The Dump parking lot at 7:15 am. If you are going to Old Orchard on your own please be there by 8:00am. All swimmers and coaches will gather in the parking lot and enter the swim club together - swimmers should not enter the club on their own. Directions and team volunteer list is attached. Thank you volunteers!
- Looking Ahead: Wednesday July 19 - Meet vs. Greenfields Turles - AWAY
Greenfields theme for the meet is "Christmas in July" so come dressed for the occassion.
An "ugly t-shirt" contest (think ugly Christmas sweater) will be held!

This is not your typical rubber chicken and here's your trophy banquet.
The banquet is a fun celebration for all swimmers and parents. It's the highlight of the season!
They'll be lots of fun awards, dancing and laughing. For new families - this is something you don't want to miss! Bring the whole family!!! On top of that - the food is great too!

- Saturday and Sunday August 5-6 - TriCounty Swim Championships
The meet is hosted by Wenonah this year. To help with security, Wenonah is looking for volunteer members of law enforcement with arrest authority in the State of NJ. If you or someone you know are interested in being security staff supplements, please let me know (and provide an email and phone number) and I will provide your name to Wenonah. Volunteers will be contacted to attend a special meeting for training, and will receive a special wristband to give them access to all areas of the club and they will enter for free.
