Frogs, Family and Friends,
Congratulations on a great team performance at the Peach Bowl. The results of the meet are attached. The team score is at the bottom of the individual results - you'll see that we got third place by only 2.5 points over Brookside. That really is a team win - every single place and point helped us earned that trophy. Individual medals and ribbons will be given out at the team banquet.
A special congratulations to the following Peach Bowl record breakers (and team record breakers too), who each broke a record that they each set just last year:
- Camryn McHugh: Girls 13-14 50-meter Backstroke - 31.01 (old record 31.78)
- Connor Shenk: Boys 13-14 50-meter Backstroke - 28.13 (old record 28.83)
- Colin McHugh: Boys 15-18 100-meter Breastroke - 1:01.94 (old record 1:05.69)
One final note: as you review the results, please look at the records in each event. You will notice that we-Greenwood Park hold more records that any other team. In fact, we hold records in 34 of the 68 events that are contested - half of all of the records!
