Frogs, Families and Friends,

The Tri-County Championships will be held on Sat. and Sun. Aug. 2 and 3 at the Westwood Swim Club in Mt. Holly.
Directions and parking instructions will be provided as the meet nears.  Admission is $5 for kids (5-12), $10 for adults and includes a program and highlighter.  Kids under 5 are free.

The Prelim Sessions are held on Saturday in two separate sessions:
- Morning Session for All 8&U, All 9-10 & Boys 11-12
Gates open 6am (yes, that's right).  Warmups start at 6:35pm and the session starts at 8am

Warmups start at 1pm and the Session starts at 2:35pm.

The top 12 swimmers in each individual event qualify for the Finals, which will be held on Sunday for all age groups.  The top 12 seeded relays also swim on Sunday (all other relays swim on Saturday in their appropriate session).
Gates open at 8am.  Warmups start at 9am and the meet starts at 11am.

COACH ELISE WILL BE COMMUNICATING SPECIFIC INFO ON GP REPORTING TIMES AND WARMUPS AS THE MEET NEARS.

Attached, please find the earliest Pysch Sheets (seeding) for all relays.  Also attached are the entries for each team, including GP, in alphabetical order.

VOLUNTEERS
Like every other meet, volunteers are needed to help run the meet.  Each team in the league is given specific responsibilities/positions to fill. In addition, we need some parents to help oversee the GP team area.  Below, please find a list of the positions we need to fill and when.  On behalf of the entire, team, I would greatly appreciate anyone who can help.  You will not miss seeing your child swim if you volunteer, so please consider helping. Also, please note that if you volunteer for one of the Tri-Co position you get access to the "real bathrooms" (not the porta-johns) and the hospitality area with free food/drinks (you don't get free admission).
