Brendan McHugh Makes Semi-Finals At Trials Watch Tonight!

Congratulations to Brendan McHugh who swam a 101.30 (that is very, very fast - a world class time) in the 100 meter breastroke to qualify for the semi-finals!   Brendan is currently ranked 9th going into the semi's.
You can cheer him on tonight at by tuning into NBC Sports (Channel 206 on Comcast) at 6:30 and NBC at 8pm. 

Way to go Brendan!  Good luck in the semis!

To put things into perspective, the number 1 seeded swimmer going into the 100 breast semis is John Criste from Southern Calif. who swam a 100.29.  So, the top 9 swimmers are all w/in a second of one another.

Also, today, in 400 meter IM action, Bill Cregar finished with 20th with a 4:24.13 and Michael Joyce finished 28th with a 4:35.92.
