Brendan McHugh Makes Semi-Finals At Trials Watch Tonight!

Congratulations to Brendan McHugh who swam a 101.30 (that is very, very fast - a world class time) in the 100 meter breastroke to qualify for the semi-finals!   Brendan is currently ranked 9th going into the semi's.
You can cheer him on tonight at 8pm by tuning into NBC Sports (Channel 206 on Comcast).

Way to go Brendan!  Good luck in the semis!

To put things into perspective, the number 1 seeded swimmer going into the 100 breast semis is John Criste from Southern Calif. who swam a 100.29.  So, the top 9 swimmers are all w/in a second of one another.

Also, today, in 400 meter IM action, Bill Cregar finished with 20th with a 4:24.13 and Michael Joyce finished 28th with a 4:35.92.

Congratulations to the former Frogs for awesome swims.
