Frogs Families and Friends,
An exciting part of every swim season is our Friday Night Pep Rallies. Let's face it, the kids love them (and the parents do too). For those of you who are new to the team, every Friday during the season, our team holds a pep rally, each with a different theme. These events are open to the whole team and have created a lot of great memories over the years. Attached is a list of the dates, themes and the family sponsors for the 2012 season.
As you will see on the list, we need a few more family sponsors to coordinate an event and to keep this great tradition going strong. Family sponsors are responsible for posting the event sign-up sheets (where all families sign up to bring drink, desserts, etc.), setting up the event (getting the paper products out, arranging tables, etc.) and leading the clean- up. However, everyone pitches in to help, you just coordinate the effort.
Please strongly consider becoming a family sponsor. One special note - you'll see that we still need a family to lead our team picnic, which will take place on Sat. July 21.
