Frogs, Families and Friends,
What a meet vs. Tavistock yesterday! Although we didn't come out on top on the scoreboard, it was an exciting meet with lots of great swims. Congratulations to all of the Frogs and the coaches for a job well done.
Coach Julia plans to post times from yesterday's meet at the club as soon as possible. For those of you who are new, TriCo posts times for all swimmers on its website. As previously mentioned, yesterday was the league's first time using a new data system and there were a few glitches. Typically times are available by Tuesday of each week, but stayed tuned as the bugs are worked out.
We head into week two of the season with our first B meet vs. our good friends at Wenonah. Next Saturday we take on the Sharks of Tenby Chase.

Spirit Gear
Did you miss the deadline to order your GP spirit wear from MBM? Did you want one of those cool jackets that came in so handy this weekend? By popular request, the team store will reopen for ONE WEEK only. We will text the link out once the store has reopened.

Lost and Found
Several items were found after the meet today:
- 1 team shirt size medium (parents if you haven't already it's a good idea to write your child's first and last name on the TAG. We were able to return a shirt because one of the parents had done so).
- 1 golf umbrella
- 1 Frog towel
- 1 gray dry fit shirt
- 1 pair of purple underwear
Items can be found in the team shed.

Wednesday June 27 @ 6pm
All swimmers must report by 5:00pm.
Coach Julia will be talking to swimmers this week about what strokes they may want to swim.
PARENTS NEEDED FOR SET UP - We appreciate any parents who can come early at 4pm to help set up for the meet.
Meet Volunteers: Please see attachment for meet volunteers. PLEASE NOTE: parents were put on the list that volunteered at sign-ups - since this is the first B meet we are not sure who has kids swimming or not. Don't know if you have work etc. or not. If you can't make it, that's fine. We will find someone to take your place at the meet. Thank you!!!
Frog Cafe at B Meet
Wednesday June 27
We will need workers and some small donations to staff the B meet bake table. Please sign up for the link below this paragraph. We also need two people to sell the 50/50. This is one of the best jobs to do at the meet and one of the easiest. It's also great for young moms or dads because you can keep your kids with you.

Incredibles 2 Movie
Friday June 29 @ 12noon
Jenn Knox is still taking money for the movie on Friday. If you intend to attend the movie please RSVP to Jenn Knox at jennandyknox@comcast.net preferably by Thursday. We reserved a 107-seat theater so we need to know if we are going to need more seats (or if we have too many seats). Meet us at the Regal Theater at 12 noon. We can get in the theater starting at 11:30 am.

A Meet vs. Tenby Chase Sharks - HOME

All swimmers must report no later than 7:30am.
Coach Julia will be talking to swimmers throughout the week about the meet, what to expect and what they will be swimming.

Another Interesting Fact (or useless info): GP's first-ever TriCo swim meet was a victory over Tenby Chase 45 years ago on June 23, 1973. That was the first season in TriCo for both swim clubs.
Buffalo Wild Wings - Teammate Card Fundraiser
