Frogs, Families and Friends,
Another great job by all swimmers and coaches yesterday. We had some fantastic swims and showed great team spirit. Pomona should be the toughest team we will face all year. We have some tough meets ahead, but they should be much closer and exciting. Also, this is our final week to travel - after this week's B meet vs. Sunnybrook we are home for the rest of the season.
It's hard to believe but our regular season is almost half over. Please see below for details on the week ahead.
Practice Schedule for the Week
Mon. July 4: Happy Independence Day! - NO PRACTICE
Tues. July 5: Modified times for Tues. ONLY
GROUP ONE (13-14 15-18) 8:00 - 9:30 AM
GROUP TWO (9-10 11-12) 9:30 - 10:30 AM
GROUP THREE (8u and tadpoles) 10:30 - 11:00 AM
VERY IMPORTANT: Coaches Nick and Jimmy will be making the B Meet lineup on Tuesday. If your child will not be at Tuesday morning practice, but plans to swim in the B Meet, please email Coach Elise at coachelise@gmail.com the events your children would like to swim by Tuesday at 3pm.

Poster Making - Wed. July 6
Frogs have fun making posters for our upcoming home meets. Gather at the pavilion by the playground.
GROUP ONE (13-14 15-18): make posters after practice at 8:50am. Stick around and help 8u and tadpoles if you can.
GROUP THREE (8u and tadpoles): make posters before practice at 9:30am.
GROUP TWO (9-10 11-12): make posters after practice at 10:00am.
B Meet at Sunnybrook Makos - AWAY: Wed. June 6 at 6:00pm
All swimmers must be at Sunnybrook by 5:15pm.
There is no team caravan - driving is on your own. Please leave plenty of time for travel - Sunnybrook is on Moorestown and we are driving during rush hour. Please see attachment for directions. Also, please see attachment for meet volunteer assignments. Thank you volunteers!
Note: it can be tough to get volunteers for B meets. For timers, I listed people who have volunteered in the past. If you can't do it, that's fine. For others, please don't be offended if I ask you to volunteer at the meet. I understand if you can't, but it won't keep me from asking again (it's just what I have to do to). Thanks.

A Meet vs. Erlton Gators - HOME: Sat. July 9 at 9:00am
First home meet of the season! Erlton is off to a 2-0 start having defeated Brookside and Covered Bridge. We last swam Erlton in 2009 in a B Division match-up when we they beat us at home 338 to 215. Please see attachment for meet volunteers. Thank you volunteers!
All swimmers must report to the swim club no later than 7:30am.
A-Meet Bake Table aka "Frogs' Cafe" - Sat. July 9
Proceeds from the bake table go to help pay for all of the great team activities and fun stuff.
So, skip Donuts Donuts, Wawa or Starbucks and get your morning coffee at the Frogs' Cafe!

Peach Bowl
T-shirts Pre-Orders: Due July 11
For new swimmers - the Peach Bowl is the Glou. Cty. Swim Championships. Coaches select team participants.
T-shirts orders are purely optional. If you order online prior by July 11 you will get your shirt prior to the meet (All shirts will be given to me and I will distribute them). A limited number of shirts will be available for purchase the night of the meet.

NOTE: when you go on the Peach Bowl Website you will notice that they meets starts at 4:15pm this year - that's an hour earlier than previous years, which is a very good thing.
Tri-County Swimming Championships

(Yes, half of the teams in TriCo are "dolphins" & most team colors are blue. We are the ONLY Frogs and the only green/orange team!)
