What a wonderful start to the season and our first B division victory in 8 years!
There was fast swimming, minimal tears, and amazing leadership.
Most notable, 28 TRICO qualifiers and 42 qualifying times!
Attached are the Meet Results from GP (287) at HG (267) as well as the Individual Top Times from the season thus far. Please be mindful that Time Trials results are unofficial times. This means they are not times that are submitted to Tri-County.
This week we begin a three week run of B-Meets!
Monday and Tuesday morning the assistant coaches will be asking swimmers what they desire to swim in the B meet. If your child will not be at practice Monday-Wednesday, but would like to participate in the B meet please email me no later than Tuesday at 11:00 AM with the events they desire to swim.
Wednesday evening swimmers must arrive at Georgetown by 5:15pm.
Those not swimming in the B-Meet are encouraged to come and help if available!
Some other important notes.
1. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: If you still have yet to notify me that your child will be missing a swim meet (A or B), please email me now. If you told me in passing, please remind me via email.
2. Team Pictures are this Wednesday morning. Please note there is no 8u or tadpole practice this Wednesday. All other groups at normal practice time.
3. All are encouraged to stay for the coaches speech at Friday Night Pep Rallies. Often just short moments of encouragement and important information regarding the upcoming meet.
4. 13-14 and 15-18 age group event is cancelled for tomorrow evening and will be rescheduled in the near future. These age groups will be notified and something will be sent out when the plan is solidified.
