Order form is attached. MEET @ GREENFIELDS SEA TURTLES: WEDNESDAY - July 8 6:00pm AWAY
- There will be NO team caravan because it is a weekday/workday and we know many people will be coming from all over to get to the meet.
- We will meet in the Greenfields parking lot at 5:00pm and enter their club as a team. No swimmer should enter on their own.
- Directions and address are attached. Greenfields website can be found at http://green-fieldsswimclub.org/.
- Coach Elise will be talking to swimmers about what they want to swim and will share swimmer assignments
- Swimmers: be sure to wear team suits and shirt. Bring water/sports drink and a folding chair.
- Parents: be sure to keep your swimmers in the team area so they do not miss their events
- MEET VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENTS: please see attached sheet. Please note that's it's difficult to get volunteers so I listed those who have volunteered in the past. I may need to pull parents, swimmers, etc. out of the stands to help out. THANK YOU TO ALL!
PEP RALLY - ITALIAN TEAM DINNER: FRIDAY - July 10 6:30pm

- Team caravan will meet at The Dump parking lot and we will DEPART at 7:15am.
- If you do not travel with the caravan, please be at Westwood by 8:00am.
- We will meet in the Westwood parking lot at 8:00am and enter the club as a team. No swimmer should enter on their own.

TEAM BANQUET: THURSDAY - July 23 6:30pm @ The Palace Caterers
The best sport's banquet you'll ever attend! "Awards-Show" format with the senior swimmers making the presentations.
