What a great start to the season! A tremendous win over Tavistock. I am incredibly proud of our performances and our team spirit. Attached to this email are the weekends results as well as Top Times this season (since Time Trials). For those who do not know, I do record all relay splits, however they are not official times and they never appear on top times lists that I distribute. I do use them to gauge who is which relays.
Next, I do ask all to remember how much time it takes putting together a meet lineup. This weekend I made over 20 changes to the lineup the morning of the meet due to sickness and absence. I do understand that sickness is unplanned and can happen to anyone, however it is unacceptable to simply not show and not notifying me. It doesn't affect me nearly as much as it affects the swimmers. So stay healthy and have a good line of communication so we can all be a bit more prepared!
Again, I am so proud of our team and looking forward to this weeks B Meet and A meet vs Old Orchard.
I will be starting the B Meet Lineup on Monday and wrapping it up on Tuesday. I will post final B Meet events on Wednesday morning. If you swimmer would like to swim in the B Meet and is not at practice Monday or Tuesday, I need to know their events by TUESDAY at 4 PM (email or text me)!
Lastly, IF YOU ARE MISSING SATURDAY AND HAVEN'T TOLD ME or can't remember if you have please notify me before Tuesday as well. The A meet lineup will not be posted until Friday morning practice.
