- Be sure to print/complete a "Liability Release" for EACH SWIMMER in your family.
- Make check payable to "Greenwood Park Swim Team."

This is a reminder that the GP Frogs Swim Team sign-ups are this Wed. April 1 from 7pm-9pm at the Washington Twp. Senior Center on Greentree Road. Head Coach Elise Blaschke is back after a very successful 2015 season and will address the team at 8pm. I am also pleased to report that all of our Assistant Coaches from last year, Julia Pedersen, Sal Liberto and Melissa Shore, will be back this season!
Attached, please find the documents needed for registration. Speed the process by completing them ahead of time. Please remember that you need to complete a Liability Release for each swimmer. Also attached, please find Frequently Asked Questions and instructions for signing up for group texts through Remind 101.
Please see below for important information about sign-ups and the coming season:
Dues Increase: You will notice on the registration form that dues have increased since last year (from $60 to $85). This is the first time in almost 10 years that dues have increased and we have done so to ensure we can continue to provide a great team experience for all.
No Baskets: We are no longer hosting the basket auction on July 4th. Yes, a long tradition has ended. So, while team dues have increased, families will not be required to contribute $35 towards this fundraising effort.
Swim Meet on July 4th: Please mark your calendars. The league has scheduled meets for July 4th. We are working with our opponent/host to reschedule the meet, but there is no guarantee that this will happen. Please be prepared to swim on Independence Day.
Parents' Code of Conduct: Starting this year, we are asking parents to sign a code of conduct and commit to the principles of fun and good sportsmanship. This is a common practice in many other sports. There have been some incidents throughout the league over the past year and we want to set a tone of civility at GP.
Team Swim Suits: Danzeisen & Quigley (D&Q) will be at sign-ups selling the team suit, which this year is called Speedo Pulse. Prices are as follows: Female - $52; Male Jammer - $33; Male Brief - $30. D&Q will also be selling their usual assortment of goggle and caps.
Team T-shirts: Each year swimmers are given a team shirt for free. Please complete the attached form to indicate your swimmer's(s') size(s). This year we are giving parents the opportunity to order shirts as well. Please see the same form for pricing and to order shirts.
