Frogs, Families and Friends,
Our second meet of the season is this Saturday at the Pomona Swim Club at Branch Pike & Pomona Rd. in Cinnaminson N.J. 08077. Unlike last week when we faced an opponent we rarely swam, this week we face a team with which we have some relatively recent history. Back in 2007 Pomona narrowly beat us 287-267 (that means two relays) to knock us out of A Division. Maybe we can exact a little revenge this year. It will be not be easy. Last week Pomona beat Westwood by a score of 309 to 244. It should be a good meet.
The team will meet at The Dump parking lot at 7:00am Saturday morning and we will be departing by 7:15am. Please remember that we like to travel as a team, so we expect that everyone will meet at The Dump. With that said, we recognize it may be extremely inconvenient for some families to meet at The Dump. So, if you travel on your own and arrive at Pomona before the team caravan, please do not let your swimmers enter the Pomona Swim Club until Coach Elise is there and directs all of the swimmers to enter as A TEAM. For your convenience, directions are attached.
