We had a great meet last Saturday vs. Wenonah. While we didn't win the meet, many swimmers swam their best times of the year and there were many close and exciting races.
Week number 4 will be a very busy one. Two meets, tie-dying, the team picnic and much more. Please read and pay attention to deadlines. You don't want to miss out on all of the fun!
70's Team Picnic - Sat. July 13: Sign up by TUESDAY July 9
One of the funnest activities of the year and a bargain at only $20/family, but you must sign up! In honor of our 40th anniversary, the theme of the picnic is the 1970s, so starting planning your attire for the day. There will be a costume contest - winner receives $25 gift card. There will also be a dance contest. Please pass along this message, and the attached registration form, to any former Frogs you may know (please note that all guests still have to pay club entrance fee).

Tie-Die Wednesday: Wed. July 10

Directions
8&U: Come to practice 15 minutes early to rubber band your shirt and pick your shirt up after practice. You can also dye your shirt after practice if you can't make it before.
9-10/11-12: Come to practice 15 minutes early to rubber band your shirt and pick your shirt up after practice.
13-14/15-18: Rubberband your shirts after practice. We can bring your shirts back to you Wednesday night at the B meet or Thursday morning if you can't wait for it.
1. Bring a white t-shirt or bandana to tie dye! PUT YOUR NAME AND AGE ON IT. (We will have a LIMITED number of t-shirts for sale for $5)
2. Bring a large zip-lock bag or plastic bags to hold your wet t-shirt!
3. Look online for tie dye ideas – there are different designs that are easy to do.
4. Rubberband your shirt ahead of time or according to schedule above.
5. When you bring your shirt home rinse it in cold water or vinegar to set the color. WASH THE SHIRT SEPARATE FROM OTHER CLOTHES FOR THE 1st TIME!
6. Colors will vary depending on how the fabric picks up the color.

TriCounty Championship Pre-Order T-Shirts: Due by July 10
The Apparel Store for the 2013 Tri-County Swimming Championships is now open at www.trico2013.com All apparel pre-sales will be online - there will be no paper orders.
This year's host, Deerbrook, expects to sell only a limited number of items at the meet, so order online through July 10th for discounted prices and best selection! I will pick up all GP orders placed on August 2.

Back by popular demand! Many people have asked about ordering decals for their cars/trucks. Samples and order forms are attached. Please have your order to Kim Morris by July 20.
Team Banquet - Wed. July 31: Due by July 15
Don't miss the best sports banquet you'll ever attend! This is not your typical rubber chicken and talking head (except for me) banquet. It's run like an award's show and the kids have a great time. This year the banquet is being held at Paris Caterer's in Blackwood. The deadline on this event is very strict at the caterer's instruction. Please get your form from the team bulletin board and submit it to Jenna Buffetta, Katie McAninley or your age group mom by July 15.
Peach Bowl Shout Out Ads: Deadline EXTENDED to July 15
Place a special message and/or picture in the Peach Bowl Program which is on July 23.
All ads are $25 for 1/4 page and black/white. Do you own a business or work at one that needs local advertising - you can also buy an ad. Please see attachment for further instruction.
