GP Swim: Week 3 - B meet volunteers and July 4th!

Happy July to all!  Hard to believe that the season is almost half over.  Please see the schedule for this week below, including the volunteer assignments for Tuesday's meet.

-End-of-Year Swimmer Gift Forms:  Due today - Mon. July 1
At the end of every season, all Frogs receive a free gift from the team.  This year each swimmer will receive a hoody.  To ensure that we have the proper size for everyone, please complete the attached form and return it by July 1.

Please bring your gift cards/baskets by Tuesday.  Please remember that we ask each family to sign up for a $35 gift card or to team up with another family to make a basket worth $70. -A Meet @ Wenonah Wave - Away:  Sat. July 6 9am
We will be departing Wedgewood Elementary School (  ) at 7:30am.

Team Picnic:  Sat. July 13 - Sign up by July 9
One of the funnest activities of the year and a bargain at only $20/family!  In honor of our 40th anniversary, we want to invite former Frogs, families and friends back home to celebrate after our last home meet against Sunnybrook.  So, please pass along this message, and the attached registration form, to any former Frogs you may know.  The theme of the picnic is the 1970s, so starting planning your attire for the day. 

TriCounty Championship Pre-Order T-Shirts:  Due by Wed. July 10

The Apparel Store for the 2013 Tri-County Swimming Championships is now open at www.trico2013.com  All apparel pre-sales will be online  - there will be no paper orders. This year's host, Deerbrook, expects to sell only a limited number of items at the meet, so order online through July 10^th for discounted prices and best selection! I will pick up all GP orders placed on August 2. 

Peach Bowl Shout Out Ads:  Deadline EXTENDED to July 15!

Place a special message and/or picture in the Peach Bowl Program which is on July 23.

All ads are $25 for 1/4 page and black/white.  Do you own a business or work at one that needs local advertising - you can also buy an ad.
