GP Swim: Weekly Activities - First Meet!

Thank you to all who volunteered for the time trials and for the team breakfast last Saturday.  Both events went very well and were a great way to open the season. However, the fun has just begun.  This Saturday June 22 is our first meet.  Please see below for a list of important team activities and volunteer opportunities.

GP Frog Poster Making:  Fri. June 21 9am-11:30am - Before/After Practice
Calling all Frogs to show your team spirit by making a poster that will decorate the club for our home meets. 
Just stop by the big tent before or after practice and bring your creativity.

Pizza Party Pep Rally:  Fri. June 21 at 6pm

A-Meet vs. Kingston Estate Seals:  Sat. June 22 at 9am
Swimmers must report to the pool by 7:30am for warmups. 

Coach Shannon will be informing swimmers of the events they will be swimming later in the week.  A separate email will be sent with parents' volunteer assignments.

Penny Auction:  Thurs. July 4th 11am-3pm

Independence Day is the highlight of the summer at GP and the Frog Penny Auction is one of the day's great activities.  The auction is also the only team fund raiser we have all season, so please volunteer to donate a basket at http://www.signupgenius.com/go/904054EA5AD2BA02-4thofjuly

-3:30pm to 4:30pm: 13-14, and 15-18
-4:30pm to 5:30pm:  9-10 and 11-12
-5:30pm to 6:15pm:  8 and under/Tadpoles

Fri. June 21(morning)
-7:45am to 8:45am:  8 and unders - NO PRACTICE FOR 6 and Under Tadpoles
-8:45am to 10am: 9/10 and 11/12
-10am to 11:30am: 13/14 and 15-18

Mon. June 24 (morning and night*)
-7:45am to 8:45am:  8 and unders/Tadpoles
-8:45am to 10am: 9/10 and 11/12
-10am to 11:30am: 13/14 and 15-18
-7pm to 8:30pm: 3/14 and 15-18 who missed earlier practices*
