Subject: GP Frogs - Swim Officials & Scorers Needed - Free Training!
GP Frogs are in need of volunteers for stroke/turn officials and meet scorers. No previous experience in these positions or with swimming is needed.
As a team we have been very lucky over the years and have always had lots of volunteers. Additionally, those who have volunteered have stayed with the team for a number of years. This year we lost a number of our long time volunteers. We are in particular need for swim meet scorers. This is an extremely important position during meets and a great way to learn more about swimming. No experience is needed.
If you are interested in being either a meet scorer or stroke/turn official, please let know me.
Our league provides free training and certification. The training schedule is outlined below. If you're interested in volunteering, but can't the training that's OK, just let me know.
