Attached, please find the Tri-County Pysch Sheets for the Championship Meet this Saturday and Sunday at Haddontowne Swim Club in Cherry Hill. Complete info about the meet can be found at https://sites.google.com/site/tricounty2012/home.
Coach Tony will be instructing swimmers/parents at practice about reporting times and warm-up times for Sat. and Sunday.
Nevertheless, the one thing I do want to highlight is that the 11-12 Girls Prelims on Saturday are being held in the afternoon (and NOT in the morning as they always have been).
This has been changed to a have a more balanced day of Prelims with an equal number of heats in the morning and afternoon sessions.
For Tri-County, we need some help on Saturday and Sunday ensuring our kids get to their heats. This job entails staying with the team at our team area and alerting swimmers when they need to report to their races. This is especially important for our younger swimmers. Don't worry, you won't miss your kids swimming by volunteering. We are looking for two team parents for the following sessions:
Saturday AM
Saturday PM
Sunday Finals
Also, all Frogs are invited to participate in the TriCounty team parade that is staged before the Finals on Sunday morning. Please be at our team area by 10am if you want to participate.
Everyone is also invited to our post Tri-County pizza party at the club following the meet. The party starts when we return to the club after the meet at approximately 3-3:30pm.
Finally, I want to apologize for confusion over the broadcast of the Peach Bowl. This is about the only thing has gone wrong with the Peach Bowl. Apparently, the meet did not run last night as was I originally told and reported to you. It is my understanding that the meet will run tomorrow on Comcast on Channel 9 at 12noon and 8pm. As I said in a previous message, DVDs of the broadcast will be available once we receive copies from the producer.
