Frog Swimming
Week of June 26th – July 5th
· Sunday June 26…Take the day off – You deserve it !
· Monday…Normal practice times..long swims / Ribbons
· Tuesday…B Meet swimmers – No Practice – Be at pool at 5 pm.
All others will have a hard kick set practice.
· Wednesday …B-Meet ribbons distributed …
Go over the line-up and sprint and do drills.
· Thursday….morning "loosen me up" swim (Like the Olympians)
9:00 - 9:35…Older group
9:35 –10:00…..Middle Group
10:00-10:30 ….youngest group
** Parents will be needed to write / copy the meet sheets and cards.**
· Friday…8:30-9:45…..9:40-10:50…10:45-11:30…Tadpoles @ 11:00
· Saturday…8:15-9:45…..9:40-10:50…10:45-11:30…Tadpoles @ 11:00
· Sunday…Run for 20 minutes, Stretch and do 5 x 5 push-ups on 2 mins
20 crunches after each round of push-ups
· Monday….July 4th OFF….
· Tuesday….7:45…..
